Okay, now part of me hopes Thrawn utilizes cloning in the new canon to supplement his forces when he takes on Mando, Bo-Katan, Cara, Ahsoka, Sabine, Ezra, and the rest in that whole Filoni verse thing going on. In fact, if the theories about Thrawn's final base being on Mandalore, and needing to have a live-action Siege of Mandalore, then I'd hope he could find a Mandalorian loyal to the Empire to clone, as a Clone force of a Mandalorian would give him a better chance against all those major players then an army of generic StormTroopers would.

Lore-Question: Could flash training be used on normal beings? Like giving new slaves (whyever you would use slaves in that galaxy) or workers a flash training for the basics in their job, instead of training them for a few months?
@fullmetalpleb2 жыл бұрын
Yes, it's essentially a sped up version of VR training
@TemmieContingenC Жыл бұрын
The issue is that this form of training is effective for dumb labour and basic tasks, maybe even semi-skilled labour. Once you start getting into much more technical and intricate disciplines, flash training falls short and leads to imperfections. A flash trained construction technician will be inferior to a technician who got their experience with hands on work and a diploma.
@HowToPnP Жыл бұрын
@@TemmieContingenC Quantity it it's own quality. If you could buy cheap slaves and flash train them, you could make bank re-selling them for higher prices (depending on how cheap flash training is). If you have 5 trained technicians with a diploma, you could use them to supervise the 50 flash trained dudes you got of the street. All of this is of course dependent on people not using droids, but flash training should be way more common! Sure, not for exotic or complicated tasks (can't flash train a Jedi ... I assume) but imagine flash training languages as a diplomat. Or using flash training to teach kids the basics of reading, writing, math etc. to make the education faster and more efficient. ... I'm putting way more thought into this than George did, aren't I?

Not to invoke quantum mechanics for everything but the idea that everything must be distinct in the force is very similar to pauli's exclusion principle in a really interesting way. Essentially the principle states that no two particles may have the same exact state, which means in an interconnected medium like a conductor (where electrons are indistinguishable), two electrons must have two different and distinct energy levels. Apply this to the force, and you might draw the conclusion then that two identicle minds, interconnected by the force, must also never have the same state, so the force corrects for it by breaking one of the minds (and in fact the laws of our own universe already prohibit exact copying of information without defects for similar reasons). Maybe I'm reading into this a little but I like when scifi accidentally gets the science right in an abstract way.

@knivesmillions29134 жыл бұрын
Again I say I feel bad for any Jedi that filled in for Shaak Ti on Kamino during order 66. I thought of a little fan fiction scenario: A squad of Jedi walking on catwalk above the mess hall (the same one Obi Wan walked on in Attack of the clones) The padawans looks down at the clones and they're all standing still with blank expressions. The Padawans alerts their masters present with them and each of the Jedi masters feel a massive shockwave in the force as they're bombarded with screams of terror, rage, sorrow and then nothing. The force itself is rendered silent in those seconds. While the masters are on the catwalk the power in the city is cut filling the area in pitch black darkness, suddenly rockets are blasted at them from below caving in the floor beneath them as they tumble towards the ground. Once the Jedi squadron regain their bearings they survey their surroundings. They form a circle igniting their lightsabers [blue, green, yellow, etc...] the ceiling of the room displayed outside. [The torrential rain storms of Kamino battering with greater ferocity than before] A Jedi master thought to himself. The room was pitch black with it only being illuminated with the flashes of lightning. *Lightning flashes* clone cadets and shinies streamed in blasters at the ready, *Lightning flashes* clone arc troopers took positions in hidden areas of the mess hall ready to ambush the Jedi mid-fight, *Lightning flashes* once more and the hue of light from several clone commando helmets pierce through the dark room. The Jedi masters wear their experience on their sleeves by displaying no emotion openly but trying to put their padawans at ease telepathically. The battle is about to begin... what do you guys think?

Kaminoans always felt more detached rather than sadistic. In many ways they were kinder to clones meant for GAR than themselves. Kaminoans went all in eugenics. For example if you had blue eyes you were considered inferior sub-species and forced into what is to them menial labor and as far is seen as a mistake due to them re-engineering their own genetic code to survive on their flooded planet, there are no Kaminoans with any defects (you can imagine what happens to them) and there were clones allowed to do their duty because despite it they were good, sometimes better as Bad Batch shows.

Thrawn's method of cloning storm-troopers effectively created human Centurions (BSG reference).

Say, Geetsly's, care to check out The Hero of Cartao, which shows how Palpatine acquired the Spaarti cloning cylinders (seen in the Legends Thrawn trilogy) during the Clone Wars?

Sure, I wouldn't mind having another breakdown of Thrawns campaign vs. the NR, this time just with the awesome voice of Geetsly's narrator, whoever he is. (pls. think of puting credits at the end of ur vids )

Interesting. It sounds like if you wanted suicidal solders to storm in to battle , the quick grow ones would work.

I would clone a harem for myself of all known species that could breed with humans using Trhawn's method 😉

Is there a game publisher looking to make a game about Thrawn? Might I suggest an open universe structure adopted like Bethesda's Skyrim, but taken a bit further to have procedurally created worlds made from template parts of source worlds like Courasant? Endor? (I forget the name of the wookie homeworld at the moment...) and others? With an entire universe and timelines of thousands of years to play with, you could make fan fiction into a real story and build the unvierse from lore and fans creations, adding history, and making it an open sandbox storymode that lets people be competetitive, co-operative, or support and logistic or roleplaying? I'd love to see something like the Sims4, but not quite so EA Online Origin related and lootboxish. An offline source you could update and download at your liesure would be perfect if it was sold like a game built in the cloud on Google-drive with the storage space as a subscription fee. Share a world, copy a world or a galaxy and see how well it plays with others. Is Google a Star Wars fan?

what did they do whit the Kid clones once the Clone War ended?
@vger9084 Жыл бұрын
The Arkanians usually sided against the Republic (Sith, CIS) due to Republic sanctions, and the DL-44 is supposed to be a copy of an Arkanian design.

And I thought I couldn't hate the Arkanians even more, considering what they did to the Offshoots.

You know, if I wanted to write a Fanfiction which makes the Kaminoans sympathetic and more humane instead of just being pure evil as they are usually portrayed, I would write a story set in Canon where Arkanian Microtechnologies tries to sabotage Kamino, then they eventually join the Separatists who hire them to make their own Spaarti Clone Army. Kamino clones must wage battles to try to find and destroy these cloning facilities until the first Spaarti unit is deployed and the pure horror of this form of cloning is revealed. The Kamino clones then defeat these other clones, proving them and Kamino as being the best. But in the epilogue after the Clone Wars, Palpatine pardons these guys and nationalizes them to be part of the Empire’s secret cloning project. He basically influenced the Arkanian to go Separatist so he could see how Spaarti clones are like compared to Kamino clones.
