Hi Sir Ashley, I am looking to transfer back home in a few years with the company, I am currently working for. I’m sure you sure you are aware of the pharmaceutical company that is up and coming in the Concord area. The completion should be completed within about a year. My question to you is what would be an income one would need to purchase a home in the Concord, Gastonia area. I’m originally from Gastonia currently in Indianapolis.

Why dont these developers paint the garages, probably cost $200 more, yet none of them do it, very lazy workmanship and makes me wonder what other shortcuts they took building the homes. I see it on many homes from certain devs and just seems like a big miss on overall workmanship imo

I totally understand and you’re correct, 95% of garages here in the Charlotte region will not come fully finished with paint. I don’t know why
