The only two similarities they have: Off-road racing and GT by Citroen. Fun fact, Citroen gave Ubisoft permissions to have their GT appear as long as the Gran Turismo logo gets removed.

Let's be Honest there's no Way The Crew can beat Gran Turismo, first there's no comparison, one is Arcade and the Other a Simulator, Gran Turismo have Years of History in Racing Games, there're competitions, an Academy and Even a Movie for Gran Turismo and what matters People it's always comfortable with the Game.

I had come here for physics comparison. Have done all tuner races and : NSX start the race and you have a 30ft jump slamming in the ground ( wtf, o had tha t ideia!?? ) The RX7 race with massive tires but fells like butter 🧈 sliding al over the place…… And then you get to RX7 drift event and doesn’t want to slide… I completed in max difficulty but it felt so off…..😅

Motorfest is actually more of a rival to Forza than GT. It follows the same concept as Horizon with the open world aspect plus the events.

The Crew reminds me more about Forza Horizon, the thing with GT7 is that its more focused about single player career and collecting cars and doing missions and challenges, thats why when I want to just F around and do bunch of stuff I go play FH but when I just want to race I just go for GT7 with my sim rig. 👍

​@-ampm- Same as you saying it's not a sim. Gt7 simulates real world motorsport with. Strategy, set ups, fuel, pit stops, tire wear, real world circuits, blah blah. I could go on and on. Your perfectly entitle to think its a weak sim or other sims such as ACC being superior or doing a much better job, but GT7 is a sim as is a simulation of real world racing. The only argument is that its a bad sim or not.

Am i the only one who understands this comparison? Of course they're different KINDS of games, but the comparison is simply only about the handling. While yes, you can crash around in Crew and not have any functional damage, I can totally get the way the cars are meant to be driven. I have a wheel and I play all kinds of racing games, and granted while I havent plahed GT7, I've plahed a lot of Forzs Motorsport and Automobilista 2 and Project Cars 2. The fastest way to go around in Motorfest involves you trying to micro manage the throttle and adjusting your steering to keep the cars on track, and Motorfest is a lot closer to sims in that aspect compared to even Forza horizon. You can get awah in Forza horizon by planting your foot down even with all assists off, but thats not the case in Motorfest at least when you have your assists off. Haven't tried with assists on as I like driving all my racing games with 0 assists no matter the genre.

You should make a video about TDU Solar Crown. Have you seen the newest cruising gameplay trailer? Now, I'm still skeptical about this game but I really hope they do well. I'm sure there will be problems at launch though, just because it's a very ambitious game.

I don't think TCM handling model is very good, at least according to the beta. It didn't feel interesting, and quite basic to me. There is no depth what I'm trying to say, and the car starts drifting by pressing one button I think. Hopefully TDU Solar Crown will have a more realistic handling model. At least it looks like a more serious style, whereas TCM looks slightly cartoonish in some way, mainly because the material science is not very good in the surfaces and textures.

Had to laugh at GT7 has the best AI with Sophie but its not in the game, the test run seemed to work fine so why not put it in on a permanent basis I just do not understand PDs way of thinking
