Video Description:
Do you dine out at restaurants, eat foods that come from a can or a box, eat junk food or fast foods or even deli meats? If you’re like most Americans, the answer to this question is obviously, YES!
But did you know these foods contain a chemical neurotoxin that can damage your nerves, destroy your brain cells, impair your immune system, AND cause you to suffer from anxiety or depression.
This nerve toxin I’m referring to is MSG. It can pose major roadblocks while you’re trying to heal and it can literally kill your nerves.
So, in today’s video I’m going to cover:
• What is MSG and where is it found
• Difference between natural MSG and Synthetic
• How to protect your nerves from MSG

You just started a war at our house, every time I point out how something we are eating isn't good for us the wife says I don't care I like it and I'm going to eat it. Of late we eat different diets, generally I eat either a steak for my one meal a day, but will have bacon and eggs or sausage and eggs you have to read the labels to not have sugar in sausage! The wife is Diabetic and eats whatever she wants. I'll eat hamburger on a plate with salt and she says how do you eat that without ketchup?

Also when you check labels take a pic of them and look for a company phone number call them and ask why these ingredients are used. Express your concerns and let them know you will be passing on the info and will not be buying their product anymore. I do this with fructose too. Ridiculous to harm people who buy their products. Like bite the hand that feeds them. We need to band together and get harmful food off the markets. Many ingredients that are banned in other countries are still being used here in America.

Activated Charcoal is a 'God Send'. We use it for humans and our pets. If you have a severe acute sensitivity to MSG, you will get the fastest results with activated charcoal but remember, it will block nutrient absorption. So, you should always wait 2 hours after taking Activated Charcoal before eating or taking supplements.

The hospital gives u 30 pages, and no where mentions about retention, caused by opiods, constipation, and for a male an elevated BPH. It’s so unfair. I can’t use my stimulator now for over a month. Instead I have to use a catheter for over a month. Very unfair. I went in got less pain , and came out with more. Very unfair. Also I did the Nero stimulator, but woke up from anesthesia . Had to really use the bathroom , and count go. I had to return to emergency room midnight for a catheter. It’s 3 weeks and Surgeon wants the stimulator off till I’m not catheterized I have been catheterized 3 times. Nobody knew the answer, till I researched and found out a bout post operative urinary retention caused by anesthesia. The 3 things, that Drs play dumb is , consipation, opioid use, and slightly elevated PSA can cause all this. Now I can’t even use the stimulator, I’m scheduled for prostrate surgery next week. People need to been warned of the side effects of general anesthesia, because the hospital, Drs, and anesthesia person won’t tell u any of this. Any surgery male or female should be warned before any surgery. It’s no fun having a catheter for over a month, and it certainly won’t be fun doing a prostrate surgery , all triggered cause I started with the stimulator procedure.

I always read labels. I can get horrid stomach cramps and then diarrhea. It has been popular to use in Hawaii cooking. I’m glad I’m allergic to it.

I stay away from msg. I have fibromyalgia and if I eat anything with msg in it I end up hurting much worse within a few minutes of eating. If I eat too much I end up getting migraines for several days afterwards!

Some people use it by the teaspoonful. It can be bought like a bag of sugar. And why would it be needed to be added even more, when it is already naturally in food. It Does Not make food taste better. Salt, is the umami, not MSG.

Whey protein isolate contains msg? Do you mean it could be one of the ingredients added to the powder (as ive not seen it mention in the ingredients), or is it by default added to the Whey Protein Isolate? For ref, i use a pure natural whey isolate powder, strawberry flavour, which just states whey protein isolate, stevia and xanthum gum, soya lecithin, citric acid, natural flavouring and colour (beetroot red). Can you see anything with that?

Most of the time...yes. Typically the only time it's not is if the label states, Natural Orange Flavor or Natural Lemon Flavor...where they actually tell you what the actual flavor is. Otherwise, it's safe to assume it's MSG.

You say they don't have to put it on label, then you tell us to look at label. Really, I don't see how I could possibly get this out of my diet. It seems to be literally in everything. Also, there is nothing healthy about yogurt.

@NerveDoctors then why has the fda not done anything about the deception? Seems like they are aiding and abetting dangerous product without informing unsuspecting users and could that be a reason those conditions are escalating? We need to do something about this now
