This would not be possible through big blocks and the votes would be in the hand of big institutions just as promoted by bcash. His bcash failed because all this small noderunners rejected him because if they wouldnt, the small node runners would loose their right to use their own node (their rules). Why? Because the blocksize would be to big to run by individual node runners. I run my node so i know how much dats the current btc chain already have.
