They weren't 8, 9 or 11 y.o when they commited those crimes, they were around 18 and 21. They weren't poor, they had all the opportunities in terms of getting psychological/psychiatric help, in terms of getting a good lawyer to go against their father, in terms of seeking for professional help unlike poor people who depend on the public system (that you know it has never been good). They had higher education, so they both had more tools to find a way to take revenge legally. They decided to go the criminal way, they understood the criminality of their actions, they bought weapons two days prior to the killings, and during that time they didn't stop, but they continued pursuing their criminal act. Once they killed their parents they started to live a luxurious life, spending a lot of money in luxury items, showing no remorse at all... So, to me this goes beyond resentment, this was mostly criminal behavior and perhaps psychopath minds working together. It's heartbreaking to see them try to talk about S.A, but those sad expressions should be taken with a grain of salt, not forgetting their situations and privileges prior to the killings they decided to commit... there is no real evidence of this ever happening. This is the same with the girl who killed her mom and was trending on tiktok because she was "pretty". Its the same exact story with no proof behind it. I'm not going to call an alleged victim a liar, but I won't point fingers on people either. At the end of the day, murder is never justified unless its self defense which in this case it wasn't. He just shot a bullet through the dad's head without any contact with him. In the case of the girl who was trending, she only killed the mom. So the dad has had experience with her giving more context to the story. In this case however, we never know whether its true because theres no actual context. I will say though, saying that you were raped and abused by someone is usually aimed to get a lesser sentence. So theres that. In the defense of the storyline of being sexually abused, proving rape or any such thing is hard to prove at all. Especially when the person who was the alleged rapist is dead. So there's also that.

I dont know if I got the information wrong or something because like I’ve heard that they were buying cars and trying to get girls?.??? Also can someone tell if they actually got abused or not but from what I’ve heard again I’m using that phrase lol they when the parents died they were on the couch doing something like maybe watching a movie so in the eyes of the court of law they currently weren’t harming them in self defense, if the parents were allegedly abusing he sons the exact time that they died I’m pretty sure it would considered as self defense but because the currently weren’t harming them it’s not consider self defense AND IM NOT SAYING THAT EVEN IF THE ALLEGED ALLEGATIONS OF ABUSE ARE TRUE IM SAYING ITS OKAY I’m just saying the information I know thank you for reading this.

They asked for forgiveness in prison seeing a priest. Erik burst into tears asking "does god forgive me? does god forgive me? do my parents forgive me?". Erik and Lyle love their parents, with all their hearts. They said their father was a very powerful man, and their mother was an elegant woman. the abuse and the trauma they went through is so messed up, my heart just aches for them. they need justice. and they need it now. us menendez guardians already made it to New York Times, Fox11 news, and so many more things. we have and will be heard.

It's very easy to accuse dead people. And even if they were really abused, it was a clear premeditaded murder, and the law is the law, life in prison or the death penalty for first degree murder. Also, it's a very strange thing for alleged abused victims to do, they could've gotten out of home or called the police, after all, they were legal adults, but no, they chose to blow their parents brains out and blame it on the mafia. Oh, maybe it's because their mother threatened to take them out of the will for being the pricks they were lol I'm glad these sociopathic liars are rotting in jail, the world is a better place because of it.
