@@melchiorlise2466 Totally true. Now examine the data. The divorce rate, who files for divorce, the results on men in Family Court, the % of couples who are simply miserable together "cheaper to keep her". Would you buy a car that has a well over 50% chance of exploding? Honestly, most men would probably prefer the exploding car to the exploding family and the demographic data proves it. The soon to be majority of men are not dodging happiness, they are dodging misery. Less of one, more of the other. It is a rational decision.

Idk about that xD Men seem happy not being married. Problem is not many guys aren't willing to go out for friends as they used to because of social media and games. Anything that prevents any social interaction pretty much. Another thing is that women culture has changed, and many males are not used to it or don't accept it because it is obviously one-sided. Nothing will change my mind about that, and if you think it isn't, you're insane.

@@yourfriend4104 "Another thing is that women culture has changed, and many males are not used to it or don't accept it" What has changed about women is that they have turned into men. But why should men accept women that have the mindset of a man when, according to their core identity, they are repelled by such mindset in a prospective partner? Surely women are going to realize how unsustainable it is for a society to be composed of predominately masculine women rather than predominately feminine women. Consider the following from one of the greatest living geniuses, professor Sam Vaknin, in his video called "Men’s Last Stand (Women: Listen up! and Taylor Swift)". “Women had come to identify themselves more and more in masculine terms. This is very evident in studies over the last 40 years. Women are becoming, have become, men, actually, for all intents and purposes. And so, by doing so, women have invaded the psycho-social turf, the territory of men. Not in order to obtain equity and equality but in order to challenge and supplant and replace and to substitute for men.” The fundamental problem at the root of all this is the Hegelian master slave dialectic and this problem can only be addressed at this level.

I got a high-end sex doll. Can't feel the difference physically once the vaginal heater has done its job and the outside of it heats up under the covers in about 20 minutes. The way it's made, it gives pushback and moves quite realistically once positioning is figured out a bit. I honestly get more out of that doll than most "dead starfish" women give anyway, plus she's a perfect 10/10. It takes a bit of practice to fully let go into a fantasy and play both rolls to actually feel those emotionally fulfilling psychological needs along with the physical ones, but with each nut the bonding chemicals take effect and grant their usual illusions, so the doll makes that MUCH easier too. Most users have unexpectedly found that they've unexpectedly caught feelings for their glorified fleshlight (1000x better, honestly, not even a comparison). Along with the stamina and technique practice, which means you can actually sexually compete with chad without his STDs if you do land a woman, it really does feel just as good as cuddling a real person when you sleep at night. I feel mostly fulfilled, except for about 5% of the loneliness I used to feel. My confidence has boosted through the roof; there's something unintentionally validating about looking into a REALLY beautiful woman's eyes as you cum, it changes how you feel about yourself even though it's "just a a doll". I would recommend every man get one, so that he doesn't cave in to women's absolutely unreasonable demands and become a simp. Doll ownership is already at 10% for men, set to double in ten years, and I want to encourage that rate to grow because the long term effect will be that women have to step up to our standards. We'll likely have to date younger, but that's fine, that's what happens anyway with a normal 5 to 10 year gap.

Why is everybody so seemingly terrified about being alone? Are you really that weak, that fearful of venturing forth by yourself? If you have friends who are there for you when you need them, if you have family who love you, what else do you need? WHY do we buy into the scenario presented to us by billionaires and to which we in this filthy rotting capitalist society are brainwashed practically from birth onward that we MUST do this, we MUST do that, we MUST "marry" (even though 50% of American marriages end in divorce) and we MUST reproduce even when we can't afford kids and government does practically ZERO to help those who DO have kids, and so they're now trying to FORCE WOMEN TO HAVE KIDS THEY DON'T WANT. Those people don't give a damn about you or me, they only want more workers to produce more money for them so they can sell their junky products to them, they want them to have tons of babies and make yet more poor people for future generations so they can continue backwards to the time of slavery - and not just for Black people, folks. If you meet somebody and you both fall in love, then go for it. Leave the rest of us alone. It's not a FLAW to be single and not have kids, for pete's sake!

Feminism has killed respect for important jobs held by men. Example: I used to work in water purification plants and sewage. I've left, feeling like I'd never find a relationship if I stayed there. Now the field as a whole is 40% understaffed and infrastructure is crumbling. Trans-activism and feminism sucked the air out of the room, when demographics showed us that had we not listened to mor0ns who weaponize their ignorance, we should have instead double-downed on infrastructure to make sure we're ready for what is to come. Why should an individual man do the right thing, when feminism teaches women to do the exact opposite? I once saw journalists run from my explanations to automate risk management for water systems, shouting : "OH! THERE! A WOMAN ENTREPRENEUR!". That "woman entrepreneur" was selling another crappy yoga-pants-by-mail dead business model. I'm 36yo. I'm watching the world burn.

@kortneyprejean
@kortneyprejean 4 ай бұрын
@@GuacamoleyNacho the reason St. Paul said this is because our relationship to God is the most important relationship we can cultivate in our lives. Those who are called to take up a spouse typically have sexual desires they want fulfilled and therefore, taking on a husband/wife in the sacrament of matrimony will allow said person an outlet for this disposition that is pleasing to the Lord. Those who remain unmarried and abstain from sex are able to focus more clearly on scripture and the presence of God in their lives and mortify themselves in this way. You don't even have to be a layman to take on this practice. Though it seems there's a war on marriage during this time, it is true that marriage is not the only way and there are those called to live in abstinence/chastity but, it is something that must be prayed about. Being alone doesn't have to be ostracizing it could just be in the sense of intimate relationship but, you can still be socially involved with loved ones and friends. unless of course, you choose to live as a hermit which is also not wrong. All this to say, there are varying lifestyles you can take on that can be pleasing to the Lord, it is just a matter of how you use your circumstances to glorify and grow closer to Him whether it be through marriage, singleness, or even being a hermit.

Maybe if you work hard and stay competitive you might break $100k by your 50’s, but your back would have given out, your shoulders fragile and knees shattered. Retirement will consist of medical bills, doctor visits, discomfort and diminishing benefits. Office jobs are a luxury we can’t get to until age starts to chip away at our ability, and that’s assuming we aren’t just dropped as a liability.

All the problems you described do also apply to young women. University and housing is equally expensive for women as it is for men. And career opportunities are worse for women than for men - due to (real or implicitly expected) childbearing. That manifest in gender pay gap - men do generally earn more than women.

Neoliberalism and the subsequent lack of investment in maintaining the middle class creates a "centaur state", according to sociologist Loïc Wacquant, who says that it creates little government oversight for the rich (often coinciding with the older population) and strict controls for the lower classes (often coinciding with the younger).

During a date, a girl said she wanted this and that and be treated like a queen and she went as far as asking me how much money I made, all on that one first date! I asked her why she was talking about all of that and she said “because I know my worth”, I asked “what do you bring to the table?” She started talking gibberish, a whole lot of nothing. i got up and said good night!

As a young man, dating is rough. You have to meet standards. You have to be a certain height, financial level, attractiveness, if not good luck. When you hear” Men ain’t shit!” Well what are we supposed to do 🤷🏾‍♂️. I’d rather focus on myself and be happy.

As a man we should meet standards, much like we should have standards for women. You have been alive long enough to understand what those standards are for men and to have found a way to achieve them. It seems like men are mad that they can't find a woman for themselves. As far as "men ain't shit", as a man I feel that way about the younger generation men nowadays. They completely lack masculinity and the baseline skills that men should have.

They come in with these unrealistic expectations and standards while having a bunch of baggage or trauma from their past that you're supposed to just accept with open arms. Yeah, most of those positive men groups just want to be left alone. From what I've seen, the men would prefer to be with women. But since the majority of women are entitled, demanding and harshly dump the average guy, they just get turned off. Don't know why the marketing prof. was given so much air time on here. Marriage and dating is an ever-changing atmosphere since the industrial revolution. You can't go backwards in things and certainly not with government programs. People will come up with new, better systems that they prefer. Western people have only married primarily for love for about 125 years or so. We don't have it figured out or even know if that's the best way.

He kind of glosses over it here, but that "Loss of the 3rd Place" thing is actually a huge goddamn deal, not only for dating but society in general. There are a few people and books who go more into depth about this topic (like NotJustBikes, Charles McMohan etc.) but basically the idea of the "3rd Place" - a place (or places) where you can regularly, easily, casually and reliably be around other people has almost been completely wiped out in the US. Or just the concept of regularly being around people who aren't your coworkers or family in general. The two leading factors of this decline are economic - working harder, longer hours for less pay and less time off, travelling more for work etc. - but also physical; we physically destroyed the concept of the "3rd Place" by designing everything around the personal automobile which is the anti-thesis of the "3rd Place" because of the physical separation it creates and space it demands. If you want to create a society of lonely, friendless, loveless people (and probably a bit sociopathic) then you really can't do any better than not only working them to the bone but also making it damn near physically impossible to casually be around people without effort.

We have several Mexican families in my neighborhood and I have noticed this one right off the bat. Americans stay in their back yards, behind a fence and the Mexican families have their Barbeque out front on the lawn and that's where they have their parties and family gatherings. I also have noticed in Europe that people go out. At night the cafes are full of people dining on the sidewalk and younger people hang out in the squares or plazzas...depends on the countries. Americans hide in their houses or fenced in back yards. It's not healthy IMHO.

I've seen women say they can't date a guy that's into Taco Tuesday. If you're choosing your mate based on such trival things, you can't blame men on opting out. So when you say women are being choosy, it should be based on something of value, not the trival things we constantly see on dating sites.

Men cannot afford to date, marry, or have children and a home because our economy has collapsed. You have to have a college degree and a successful business to just barely make ends meet these days and most people can’t afford to do this anymore. The media and rise of incel culture is also doing their part to pit men and women against each other as well, so that is not helping.

I’m 43 and I’ve noticed this shift gradually over the last 20 years. Social media has filled the gap of social needs of many rather than actually going out and having meaningful relationships, either romantically and platonically. There is a reason we have an anxiety and depression problem in this country. A lot of people have become shut ins and some (not all of them) haven’t developed the social skills to function in a public setting and that brings a lot of anxiety to some.

But I’m not sure if you understood the guest and what he was saying. 75 years ago there were none of these problems. And the internet is NOT the cause of these problems today. It’s not that men need to be held accountable to be socially and emotionally competent. It’s because the government and all our institutions have begun to eradicate the middle class. That begins with taxation and allocation of resources. With the current trickle down economics only the elite, top 10% are seen by women as having enough resources to be a viable mate. And most men don’t have the education and career that makes them attractive to females because we, the country, the government, have not given them the economic opportunity to do so.

No. The cost of marriage is too high. If you cannot afford kids, don't get married. When society takes the child rearing income and uses it for rent, then making babies is economically impossible. Unless you are so poor, you are on welfare and just don't connect to raising them outside of gangs.

This is true, but it got exponentially worse in the 2010s. You could still run in-person game on girls back in the 2000s, and most girls were friendly and receptive to it. MySpace and FB were around in that decade, but it didn't stop people from communicating face-to-face, as compared to today. Now, after TikTok, IG, Tinder, Bumble, Only Fans, etc. took over, society is done.

As a 50yo man I agree it's gotten much much worse since the launch of the web! I believe this gave women too many choices and too much free attention that they used to have to earn from the few men they saw in real life. I still remember when lots of guys were dating women above them in looks but this seems much more rare now. As a single father I figured I would probably die alone as I don't get much attention and when I do they usually are not good people. I even find women my age set in ways and expecting something they shouldn't! This extreme pickiness is killing society! It's causing social problems men are Not meant to be alone. I mean God created women just for us men to keep us company and help us in life but since so many girls don't believe in God today they sleep with each other and have a higher body count than I do at age 50! We men who want a family which is very good for society must find a willing partner in order to build this family and unfortunately they usually leave you after a few years from "I'm just not happy anymore" or "it's not you it's me". We need to get back to reality average women need to love average men again please for the future of society! 💯 🙏

I'm just taking myself out of the equation I was barely, if at all in to begin with.

30 years ago when I was in my 20s, I thought that being a gentleman and being respectful towards women would reward me with a quality woman. Looking back, not once, not ever did that even have the slightest chance of happening. All I got was a lot of rejection from women for my acting on the advice of other women as to how men should treat women. Looking back I now realize they were telling me this so that I could more easily be duped into being some woman's personal, on-demand, disposable utility. Talk about me being naive and them being a bunch of c*nts. As I got older and from countless encounters with women I started to become more and more aware of the true nature of women. So decades later, I just don't give a shit about women anymore. I genuinely don't care about them. I won't even use my indifference about them to try and land one. What I do now is work on and develop a set of meaningful values that serve me. That's the way it goes.

The shape of the US economy is the main limiting factor here. This isn't the baby boom years anymore.
