West Britain gets ignored completely. Anything west of Cardiff ain’t culturally Southern. And Wales definitely ain’t either Northern or Southern.

Well that's the west country, and as the name suggests is almost a country on its own. All I know is they invented cream teas, it starts at wiltshire, and they are a mysterious people with their language and culture

As an East Midlands guy, based in Nottingham i'd rather be associated with the North! However i have friends in Northamptonshire which are classed in BBC as EastMidlands , but are surely South!

Northampton is just down the road from Coventry, and it definitely doesn't feel like the south. I dunno know though, because I've met people from Peterborough and Norwich who claim to be from the south, which makes me think they're just a bit wealthier than the average midlander.

Saying the north has lack of diversity is very silly, I think Southerners just project whatever ideas they have onto the north without actually thinking. - A southerner

I’m from dublin. I love the working class from northern England. Manchester, Liverpool, Newcastle, Sheffield, Leeds. The salt of the earth. Even brummies are alright. But everyone from the south seems up their own ass

4:26 *Rochdale* and *Oldham* are not cities, however they, just like 4 more of the 10 boroughs in the county of *Greater Manchester* are bigger than the *City of Manchester* contrary to what most of the world and *JOE* no doubt believe. *Manchester* is an average sized city by area, and has only started to get a large population in the last 20 years, because of all the propaganda it gets. Summed up - the towns of *Rochdale, Oldham, Wigan, Bolton, Bury* and *Stockport* are all bigger than the city of *Manchester.*

Had to explain what a camera is & does to all the northern when recording this I assume. Hopefully for them they get running water & electric one day
