1/2" cordless impact with a set of flip sockets. A cordless air compressor that uses the same battery as the impact. And a pro tire plug kit and road safety equipment.

Multi meter with the option to test capacitors is a huge help. Your rooftop AC has them, this is an option to troubleshoot an AC that doesn’t work. And there some good You tube videos that show you how to interpret the data to decide if you have a bad capacitor. You can save huge money and get the job done much faster than going to a dealer

Great video Izzy and MJ! That’s a lot of stuff to carry along with you but to me it’s all very useful! And helpful. I like how it’s all organized. Some people like my neighbor they were messy with their tools for their Rv. I would take all that with me too in my Rv. Thank you Izzy and MJ!

Good video and topic. As always you presented it very well with great info. I feel that you are over-using the capitalized tag "Important" at the start, though. The topic would probably better catch one's attention without the tag. Just my opinion though.

Great video as always. Where do i begin? lol. 12,700 miles in the past year and two breakdowns, as well as 5 or 6 failures that were minor. I now carry a lot of tools and parts. My rig is 44 feet with tag axles in back, so I can carry a lot of items. Here are a few items I've had that saved my bacon. Hose clamps, plumbers tape, roof tape, flexseal, soldering iron, wire, gorilla tape, ratchet straps, two funnels, 3 fire extinguishers, 4 powerful flashlights, led road flashers for night breakdowns, 6 orange cones, tarp, rope, jb weld, oil, trans fluid, coolant, hydraulic fluid, two 20,000 lb bottle jacks, 100 ft hose, 100 ft 20 amp ext cord, various drills, dremel, bits, sockets, hammer, bigger hammer, shovel, rain-x, silicon spray, medical kit, cell booster, three small 20,000mah battery packs for charging phones, ham radio, etc...and ever imaginable cleaning product. That's the short list! 😮

Great advice. I like the drill adapter for stabilizing jacks, also carry a air compressor for tires. I like the rope tire plugs best but they will push out of the tread at 80PSI, fine for my trailer and truck. Take care!

We use a Viair tire inflator to keep our tire pressures where they should be.

2 each shark bite straight, 90’s and 45’s. A couple short pieces of pex pipe and a small set of pex cutters. This will allow you to fix almost any water leak or break.

Hi, loved the video! I think it’s one of your best and helpful to a lot of folks. Simple but direct. I have a big 45’ luxury DP so I take what feels like an entire shop with me, not because it has problems but it’s so big and complicated. Thanks for sharing!

Something I like having along is a air compressor. Well ok so maybe 2 of them is a bit overkill. I have a 12 volt Viair and a 110 pancake. I like the pancake on the RV because it will build to 165 psi. This makes adding air faster in the big tiers. I also have a good grease gun.

We also carry a Viair
@WILDEBILL3086 ай бұрын
I found my Viair worked better with a 3/8" air hose than the 1/4" one it comes with. It uses the volume of air in the hose as a air tank. @@EndlessRVing

Just finished a 1 month 6,700 mile trip. I had one of my side mirrors get knocked. It needed a standard(versus metric) Allen wrench to retighten. Glad I had them in my tool kit. Saved me $$$ calling a mobile tech.

Carry a magnet. The Norcold frig fix years ago was a 12 volt device hooked up at the rear of our absorption frig. If you lose all 12 volt power you must hold a magnet against this device to get it to reboot so you have power to your Norcold frig. We have experience! 😎

LOVE the T-Shirt !!! I carry most all of what you have. I had a large impact gun for the tires, It died. I figured I'll wait for roadside assistance. I took off the rears when I installed the Sumo springs a few years ago, them tires are no joke. I'd hate to try and change one on the side of the road. Great information as usual. It always comes back to cleaning... carry a bucket... never know when you might want to wash your rig. LOL !!

Things always go wrong when Rving. It’s not a question of if..it’s when it will happen. You’re driving a house on the road. I had my generator exhaust bracket break on the road, I zipped tied it until I could fix properly. I always need fuses. Zip ties are a must! Kitchen faucet broke had to replace with a new kitchen faucet. The water line to the refrigerator broke…how it broke, well the refrigerator was on a slide out and the manufacture didn’t leave enough slack in the hose so it eventually snapped the connector. Learn to fix things yourself, unless of course your coach is under warranty. Great video to help keep you aware of how to be prepared for your next road trip.
