They went to roam at town and they got crash by a truck. They both are death on the spot and there ma and papa have no clue they are middle class family. Even I got these message from my my uncle. My uncle call my dad saying someone got crashed by a truck with a NS Bike. One of my friend her ma got high sugar and high bp, they so are innocent. Tears are coming out of my eyes as I write this comment. My friend also has this mistake and he was going to marry her girlfriend after the end of the semester. And a friend of mine he had a brother who died when he came into this world, now his parents had no kids. All their sons is dead. If you examine the process of UPSC exam; candidates are basically tested for their academic skills. Basic character qualities can not be tested in 30 minutes of interview part of which is also academic. Thay are the executive arm of the govt. Ability to get the job done is most important. For that you need passion. About 10%of them are very good. Rest simply tend to pass time doing a job and enjoying perks. Structure of UPSC CSE needs a change to judge candidates for their honesty, dedication and execution ability
