About time I've seen a review of Tuscany Suites (by anyone!). I can't believe this place is so often overlooked! Stayed here in 2018 and LOVED it. Relatively inexpensive, clean, huge rooms, only 10 mins from centre Strip - what's not to love? And with Marilyn's a stones throw from rooms to get a hearty breakfast, count me in. Looking forward to going back.

You can actually ask for a microwave, and it's free! Also, love the free coffee everyday, as much as you want, delivered to your room. The suite is equipped with a personal coffee maker! Love everything about the Tuscany!

I stayed here when visiting my brother in September 2022, and we were both impressed. Room rates are incredibly reasonable, great amenities, and we loved Marilyn’s Cafe too. My TripAdvisor review is titled “They’re doing it right.” I’m so glad you recognize the quality of Tuscany too. It will be my go-to when visiting LV.

I tried booking this for a non-holiday period weeknight (Monday 01/15/2024). The resort fee ($44.22) is more than the room ($42.76). Add tax ($5.72), then the "$42.76" per night room is actually $92.70 per night.

Don't give people the idea of staying at my favorite place near the strip. 😆 This property is outstanding in all areas and just a short walk to the Linq Promenade and center strip. Oh, and the rooms are huge! Thanks for the video Jacob. I'll be there next month. 👍👍

I stayed there. Nice not having to truck through a casino to get to my room. Couldn't agree more, room size is amazing for the price. Absolutely immaculate too.

This hotel is great. I have stayed there a few times. Last year, stayed there for 2 weeks and I loved it. I had a giant sized room with a kitchen, fridge and microwave- you have to request the microwave the day you arrive. A rarity! I didn't mind the 15 minute walk to the strip at all - I got my steps in and I would walk through the former Bally's. Unfortunately, at my last visit to Vegas in February, Tuscany Suites sold out. I missed it so much. The food and bar are excellent.

@@reneeessig1196 there are times during the day that you should not face any issues...I would recommend that after dark. I would not be walking around but this is true of many spots along the Strip...

I'm so glad you did a video of the Tuscany, this is were we stay every time we visit Vegas! I think that they're very generous, we always get free rooms, sometimes we pay the resort fee and sometimes they wave it, we get free food, and free play! Customer service is on point and very friendly. We really like this resort, I do agree with you that check in can take long but at the end it's worth it,.

Stayed there once and loved it. I even worked out in the gym. Great room, great casino and very close to the strip. I walked to the strip once. It’s doable but I wouldn’t recommend it, especially at night. I was solo traveling.

$50 bucks for that room was a great deal.......until you have to pay the resort fee.

I agree spent 6 nights there in November , balcony overlooking the pool, enormous room. our car 2 minute walk from room, clean, a true hidden gem. Love the keurig coffe maker in room, we're coffee drinkers and the maid gave us a bag of pods every day. Just bought a gallon of milk kept it in the fridge and we were set.

We're from out-of-state and not familiar with the area, so choosing a place to stay is usually a crap shoot. So, it was great to hear your opinion of the property. I always stay there, I can't belive its taken this long for somebody to get into this place! I love that all you gotta do is tell the desk "i want a microwave", and they bring it up. Best place to stay where it's quiet and you get a fridge and microwave without any bs in Vegas

You know Jacob when the covid lock down lifted me and my teenage daughter started going back and forth between LA and Vegas all the time. We would stay across the street from Tuscany at Silver Sevens. We would always stay in the nicer rooms in the tower there, they got to know us so they would upgrade us to the patio rooms next to the pool there. We almost stayed where you are a couple times. I love this video because now I'm seeing firsthand how nice the Tuscany is. Of course 2yrs ago while covid wad still a problem I discovered the condo type resorts when we stay all the time now. Which is way cool because I don't gamble at all. We just spend a lot of money eating really well. Your one of my favorite vloggers because you keep it super real, man. This is a great Vid ! We were there in Feb 2024 for a conference. Didn't stay at the Tuscany, but hit it for breakfast at Marilyn's, then gambled some. Breakfast was very good and reasonably priced compared to most other Vegas restaurants. I thought the whole casino was non-smoking. The air quality was excellent, especially after experiencing Ellis Island the previous day (opposite end of the spectrum there)! The gaming was good, and I saw a couple hybrid roulette & craps tables with a human dealer but electronic betting/payouts. I even won a bit while playing there. I'll definitely hit it again the next time I go to Vegas, and may even stay there.

I've strayed there about six or seven times. I so recommend it. What I did like that is that the coffee shop wasn't as busy as in the big strip resorts. I've always found the rooms to be clean along with rest of the property.

Sucks they got rid of table games. My wife and I have stayed there several times. Ellis Island is just around the corner, so steak dinner and some blackjack. I have reservations for January during the big table games (miniatures and Warhammer type stuff) convention. I'm going there to see my son...he's 35 but he still plays.

LOVED this place in the late 2000s and early 2010s. Used to be when you checked in, you would get a BOGO coupon for their mexican restaurant, and a BOGO to their upscale italian place, both restaurants were excellent. You would pass a convenience store on your walk up to the strip, so it was very easy to stop in for a to-go beverage on the way up. As Jacob shows, the rooms are HUGE.

I don't know why I keep watching your videos. I've been to Vegas twice, once staying with a local friend, and twice at the Excailber when I was in town for a concert. We spent time on the Strip and in the mega hotels, and I found it interesting, but didn't really like it. I'm not a gambler, and the massive buildings built purposely to confuse us made me a little sad, like they were brick & mortar con jobs. But still, I find Vegas interesting.

I have stayed there twice but about 10 and 11 years ago .... I liked it because I would stop in Vegas while on a road trip and wanted to keep an eye on my vehicle .... nice to see your room was renovated ... check-in was about the same 10 years ago don't imagine things will change ... back then the cigarette smoke in the casino was "Horrendous" and couldn't take it for more than 15 minutes ... I think this was because of the age demographic I seen alot of older chain smokers .... I liked the large rooms with kitchenette but air conditioning was old and noisy back then ... affected my sleeping ... if it's renovated I would definitely give them a shot again ...

I spent a week and arrived Saturday March 25th around 2PM and check in was a breeze!!! We loved our stay and would recommend 200% and would go back again!!! I worked from my room while hubby was attending a convention and I heard staff vacuuming hallways daily, never heard that before in other hotels!

used to be my favorite, but turned into a dump several years ago. The casino got rid of all valuable promos and the hotel looks aged. If that's the best of Vegas it's pretty sad. But yes the tropical resort feel of the hotel WAS nice

well if you are going to pay resort fees you might as well stay on the strip. since you'll be on the strip for most of your vacation anyway. why pay ubers and taxis for coming and going from the strip to the hotel.

I do find it strange the TV in the room is kitty corner to the bed and not straight on, making it difficult to watch the TV in bed.

It's not bad but resort fees need to go. Some reviews on other sites talk about people breaking into their cars in their parking lot.
