Btw, cool fact - potara only exists cos Fusion Reborn came out while the buu saga was being developed. Toriyama was commissioned to create a fusion of goku/vegeta that would exclusively be used for the movie. Originally, gogeta written was to face super buu in the manga, but because Gogeta could only be used for Fusion Reborn, Toriyama had to create Vegito to get around this. Vegeta definitely overwhelmed semi perfect Cell, which is impressive considering not so long ago, Vegeta was defeated by Android 18, who was far weaker than semi perfect Cell. Even Android 18 could realize that she wouldn't stand a chance against Super Vegeta. Vegeta could have ended the threat of Cell before he even reached his perfect form, but Vegeta had to toy with his opponent and give Cell enough time to formulate a plan to defeat Vegeta. Cell may have been weaker than Vegeta at that time, but he knew Vegeta well enough to exploit his pride and ego to his advantage.

I'mma give Vegeta a W after I finished watching this. I forgot that Vegeta had Cell begging to get his final form. Cell did a lot of shenanigans, but he had to beg to get there.
