Do not do business with this company. They came on Saturday to install my security system and the technician installed a strike for the new lock that is jamming my door and making it impossible for me to open the door and get into my house. I've been locked out for 4 days and Vivint does not have any emergency technicians to fix. The earliest they could get someone to my place to fix it was a week! I can't be locked out of my house for a week, I move in officially on Thursday. In the interim, they tell me to "get a locksmith" yet refuse to give me an email address where I can send the bill. Avoid Vivint at all costs.

When you're calling security places, ask if they have emergency technicians. I wish I did because I would've never gone w/ Vivint.

Vivint should disable the feature "are you still watching" when reviewing the videos on your cell phone, I HATE THAT! , I rewind the videos and let them run and I wait to see who passed by, who rang the door bell, and while it's buffering, which is a pain, then you wait and it starts playing then a window appears asking if you are still watching it...grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

I’ve never had such a terrible experience before. The salesperson lied to us continuously. Just found out that I have to wait four weeks to get my personal loan (that the salesman tricked me into signing - never once said the word loan) cancelled because Vivint can’t get their paperwork together. So I’m going to have to make an actual payment on a system that isn’t even in my house anymore. The nightmare never ends.

That's why a couple days ago I canceled my appointment. I ask for 2 cameras only 2 camera on the email. They couldn't get paperwork right so I simple canceled my appointment. Customer service is none exist and a deal breaker for me.

Their customer service rep had an attitude because I wouldn't put down a downpayment,and told him I was still gathering info. Now they texting me trying to get my business. Their customer service is horrible

Ok, by now any actual thieves are going to know that little whistle doesnt necessarily mean that someone actually sees what they are doing. They are still going to take your package and maybe smash or take the camera to be on the safe side.

And if you want I will describe why I think so... 1. Constant false alarms and noone cares about fixing glitches. 2 The company cheated me with refferal program, and nothing was done, 3. After request to cancell services they charged me another month despite they lost my initial request. 4 Their services indeed the most expensive on the market in our area. Good thing they featured your comment, now I have a chance to share more about this dishonest company. Good luck guys)))

Yes, they are !!!! They kept harassing me because I would not sign with them. Until I told him, if he doesn’t STOP I’m going to call police. I have BLINK and I told him I have saved all the times he has knocked on my door. You literally have to be serious and vocal with these people. Don’t be afraid to say NO and Don’t come back.
