I need like 1 hour to cook and the my family eat all in like 10 min. Its a bit frustrating.

Same here but maybe you can see it a little bit more positive by thinking: if they eat it so fast they probably like it, so I m a great cook. Also cooking is somewhat relaxing after a working day in the office (at least for me) ;)

And everybody is shining and smiling and having a wonderful time... I'm getting a 'too perfect its almost creepy' vibe. Otherwise good, always cook meals youself if you can.

Yes ! There is absolutely no need for carbohydrates in the human diet! No grains , no fruits, no potatoes and no added sugars! The LCHF diet is awesome , eat bacon and bacon and lose weight .
