Why We Need to Celebrate The 7th Day?

My dear friend, most Christians misinterpret what signifies the resurrection. That is Baptism, not Sabbath. Eternal rest, the New Heaven and New Earth with the New Jerusalem, is God's true rest. Whenever I hear, the Lord resurrected on Sunday. Therefore, we keep Sunday worship lacks understanding. Apostle Paul spoke in Hebrews about the Sabbath like this. Let us labor to enter into that rest. He is talking to Christians. Meaning the rest is ahead of us. But why did God with his own finger put the Sabbath on the Ten Commandments? Why was it a sign between Israel and God forever? Remember, the Sabbath day means to remember the Creator that made us and everything we see! It's His signature. We rest on that day in awe and honor of our Creator not doing our own pleasure. It should be a day of love actively helping those in need as Jesus gave an example. He healed on the Sabbath day. Church and communion can be done any day of the week. Jesus said as often as you take the Lord's supper. No set day. And Church is where three or more are gathered to fellowship with each other. The Sabbath is still a commandment as long as there is still a seven day week. Revelation says here are they that keep the commandments of God and the faith of Jesus. This is the endurance of the saints. Revelation 14:12-13 Here is the Israel of God, Jew and Gentile having faith and obedience. (Works) Hope that helps.

There are other things the LORD said should be done for all generations. But they are not done by us. It doesn't matter if the sabbath is Sunday or Saturday as long as we worship the LORD. Moreover, in many places it is impossible to keep the sabbath on Saturday because most people work on that day. Sunday is a general holiday in most part of the world. It makes sense. We need to understand the spirit of the law and not just keep the letter of the law. Stay blessed. Shalom.

God is to be worshipped everyday. You too Old man drop cultism and focus on Jesus Christ. All those crosses , rings and regalia and staffs you are carrying, you know they are cultic , shame to you! Though you preach absolute truth, but your foundation is not the blood of Jesus! You know exactly what I mean, nevertheless, no one can condemn you, I pray mercy find you , old man. It is so sad.
