Lemon balm helped my mom get over major panic attacks after losing a loved one. She kept thinking she was having heart issues. She kept going in and getting it checked out and getting clear diagnosis. I introduced her to lemon balm three times a day then twice a day then once a day then none and she's good to go

My husband came down with of all things Hand Foot and Mouth!!! So I made a tea with lemon balm, sage, and thyme because they are antiviral. He soaked his feet in it and we both drank the tea. His Hand Foot and Mouth went away quickly. So far I never got it. Yeah!. The tea was very good. Liemon flavored!!😄😄😄😄

We planted lemon balm around our back patio. It does work well for the mosquitoes! And tries to takeover a little, especially from the seeds. But the finches and other small birds LOVE the seeds in winter. They come in small flocks and entertain our cats (from the window) for hours. Thank you so much for all your information about herbs and medicinal plants! It’s helping me keep things in our yard that will maintain our health.

This makes so much sense! I started growing lemon balm this year but was waiting to harvest it until the end of the season when it would have a full season of growth. Now I know that I’ll have to wait until next year to get the best quality cuttings!

5 years ago or so, I started lemon balm in a 5 inch pot I dug at my daughter's. Now it is really everywhere. I cut it off 4 times or more, it just grows😁 When in the garden we have mosquitos like crazy this year, so I rip of some lemon balm and feverfew at times, or catnip and rub it on my skin, works like magic👍

I planted my starts in large feed barrels, I,v harvested them 3 times this season, I guess the poor things have given up from trying to go to seed ..lol I,v made a quart of tincture, a half gallon jar and a quart jar for teas. I love the stuff! Thank you Doc. Jones for all your great information. Have a Blessed day.

You may want peel and de-seed 2-3 cucumbers, and 2 cups of water and run through a blender. Strain and save the water, ( pulp can go to compost). Add 4 cups of lemon balm tea, juice of one lime or lemon ( about 1/4 cup) and 1/3 cup of sugar or honey. This makes a great refreshing drink . I make cucumber juice ice cubes so we can have this all tear long. Works well with peppermint tea, too,
