In this video we are going to talk about why I recommended one of my clients switch to Zoho CRMs. This company was already using a really nice CRM, but after reviewing its processes, the decision was to switch to Zoho CRM. So, today I'm going to go over some of the reasons.

Is there a way to export contact data to Execl so I have a hard copy of my contacts?

Yes, go to settings, and under "data administration" you will see "export". Click there, and then select "contacts" as the export module. Finally, click on export. The data will be saved as a CSV file that you can open with Excel. If you don't see the data export option in the settings, ask your administrator about it. Maybe you don't have enough permissions.

What is the difference CRM from Zoho One vs Zoho CRM PLUS?

They are both very similar to the Enterprise version of Zoho CRM (www.zoho.com/crm/zohocrm-pricing.html), but the Zoho One version is more limited to the Zoho CRM plus. For example, the amount of custom fields available in the Zoho One CRM is 300, and in Zoho CRM plus is 500. There's no difference in features, but in the amount of fields, blueprints, forms, layouts, rules, workflows, etc available.
