Hi! You can use the free version of Hubspot, and that would be fine if you don't have many clients. Hubspot is easy to use. The only issue is that if you need any of the paid feature at some point, it will be expensive. You can also try Zoho One, that includes Zoho CRM and Zoho Bigin. Zoho CRM is very advanced, but you can use Zoho Bigin, which is a simple CRM, and once your business grows, you can move to Zoho CRM. Zoho One also comes with other apps that you might find helpful, like a project manager.

I would recommend the Starter version of HubSpot, where you get all the basic functions in sales, marketing, landing pages, forms, chat and more for a two persons log-in with the price of €30 per month. I think it’s a great deal. And as mentioned, the integrations with other apps are really good. The people at their support are also very helpful and have a nice way of explaining and helping you out. all crm platforms are providing almost same features are adding to more confusion, after a lot of research we are using trueflowai, it has AI first approach and is totally free, the AI assistant is super cool and pre-processes many tasks for your on day to day job

Hubspot products and quotes are absolutely garbage, zoho is 10x better on personalization. Hubspot is better chats and marketing tools tho
