This is the one thing about batmans morality i didnt like and why i loved jason. Yes killing is wrong and it can change you. But like jason said not penguin, not harvey, or any other villian. Kill THE JOKER the one man you KNOW will do anything to get a rise out of you. After a while the death count stopped being the jokers and becames batmans death count because he basically saves joker from anyone else who tries to kill him. Literally and figuratively. Every time he sent him to arkham KNOWING HE RUNS ARKHAM he basically just beat him up and sending bruh home.

Batman can't be Batman if he ends crime , so what does he do ? He roughs it up a bit and asks what else you got? If young Bruce's dream of ending the crime his parents died from was philanthropic instead of inefficiently vengeful and he still possessed the wealth , the determination,the intellect and the wil DC's earth would have long ago been a utopia.
