Hi! You need to check how to get permit to work, or a student visa etc. Check company called Bylor I know they were looking for people and helping with the work permit. I don't really know other companies. Please try to check requirements to get some visa for her 👍👍

Hi! Sorry for late reply. Try going to sites and ask for work, tell them you worked a bit etc etc. Worse case try to get the job as a labourer first and you'll quickly jump for the bricks. Are you based in London?

Hi! If you work on site it's great, speak with people there, try to get a PM, or a senior engineer and tell them what you want to do, there is a big chance they will have a start for you and tell what would you need and in this case you don't really need the course as you will learn on site ( maybe my course when ready 😉) If you want to look for a job somewhere else having a course might help you, but it won't teach you much really, but get you a 'paper'. You can get a job, but still it has to be a junior position first - assistant engineer, junior engineer. All the best 💪

No. If you look at the job offers they typically put it there, but in reality you don't need. I know many engineers without the degree and that's great here in UK. As I said before try to speak with ppl on your site and try to get a job with them first 👍

Depends really, I think red one is for free now. For green one you have to do a one day course I believe. The only problem with a red one is everyone knows you’re starting in the industry 😁

Sirrrr.... I am new in UK on dependent Visa and after weeks of distress now I am quite confident after watching your videos... Please check as your diploma might not need sending to ENIC. Would be better going for a white one, but this will take bit more time (and money). You can always start on green and then you will see, but to get the white one later you would have to pass the exam again. Generally it would be better if you go for a white one 😁

Hi! Go for a white one, in this case red one is a waste of money and time as in half a year you will have to pass another exam to get your white one.

Hi Mihail! As a setting out engineer in your case, you have experience and know how to use total station and know the drawings, so better as a setting out. Try both agencies and companies, agencies are not that bad here and they often have good jobs too. Good luck!

Your degree should be fine here. You do not have to study further to get a job, but you have to find a job anyway. You will need a permit to work in UK.

Hi! Try to look for engineer's position first and groundworks and frames are the best as there is a need for people. Once you have some experience there you can look for something else, but that's the easiest way at the moment as there is a need for engineers😁

Hi! No problem with changing, you can start here as a junior engineer and start from setting out. Experience people asking for is from UK, so they know you worked in UK reality and standards, however it's always good you have experience in construction anyway. If you can't find an assistant, or junior engineer position for a longer time, you can go always go and work on site in any other trade, know the people and try to get into engineering.
