​@Sameer-hk6ez because TATA and Mahindra cars aren't that refined to capture the mass auromobile market share like Toyota or VW. See the biggest automobile market in the entire world is the European market. And if you have noticed, European cars are generally very big and huge in size with really powerful engines. In a country like India, such huge cars are a bane, as the roads are majorly narrow. So cars in india are way smaller in size and engine as compared to European cars. Thus, our cars don't perform that well in their (European) Automobile market types, so they don't bring in sales in those countries.✌️ Edit: The biggest car market (currently) is China.

Kindly do a video on insanely high tax structure in India for vehicles in different categories and give information whether only goverment is taxing the general public very high or the manufacturers are also charging high for their vehicles because for luxury vehicles, hypersport cars and high performance 2 wheelers the cost of the vehicles are more than 2 or 3 times in our country when compared to Middle east, Europe and America. Even the cost of Petroleum products are very high when compared to international crude oil price.
