Hey Tom! Thanks for the video. The best cure I found for this is to do stuff. Throw phone away from the window and sit down doing things you always wanted to do. I made myself a list of things I want to accomplish before I go to uni after this summer holiday, and I simply don't have time to scroll! I am too busy learning how to draw, recording music and seeing friends. Most of my screen time usually comes from being a car DJ or nervously preparing for driving test. Sometimes I still struggle with some things, but that's ok! Instead of mindless watching, I get a chance to figure shit out for once. Can't thank enough for your channel and videos, God bless you, Tom!

Something to also remember for all of you who are watching this who have depression or may have it but are not diagnosed: medication and therapy is not weakeness. Many people cannot meditate or grindset their way out of depression. Go to a doctor, see if medication is right for you, visit a therapist, talk through your issues, and don’t see it as some kind of weakness or failure. See it as the strength to do what is necessary for your happiness. You can’t grindset if you can’t even get out of bed because the chemicals in your brain are trying to kill you. Seek help externally, it is what humans are designed for. We are social creatures who could never have made it this far relying on just our own willpower.

focus on scripting. Ask yourself "does this video deserve 100k views." come up with the craziest ideas you can in the script then just see how well you can execute them.
