I don’t really drink coffee, I honestly don’t enjoy the taste and it doesn’t wake me up but I do drink pre-workout in the morning before my workouts! I never knew about this though!

I know coffee isn't the best for you, but i love the taste soo much. I don't usually indulge in a lot of tasty food or desserts, so coffee and bbt hehe does it for me! Which is why i could never quit coffee, but i commend people who don't drink it!! I'm glad i was able to teach you something new with this video!!

Thank you so much - this is really helpful information! I also really looove my coffee in the morning, but crash so hard in the afternoon - gonna try with herbal tea tomorrow! If it doesn't work out maybe I could do decaf, I've heard that if you get the whole beans where the caffeine is just extracted with water it's not bad for the environment and also preserves the amazing taste and smell when you grind them in the morning. Has anyone here any experience with that? :)
