Hi mam... thanks for the advice...this is my ritual from last 5 years (almost)... before bed i wash 5 almonds, 2 walnuts & 2 figs... then i soak them overnight....in morning I eat all of them & i drink that water too.... almonds with skin....so can u pls pls pls mention why not to drink that water....is it harmful...lookin forward to ur reply..... Please don't drink water as it contains impurities. This is the reason we soak walnuts, almond and figs.

Shivangi, listen to Dr Bimal Chajed. He has told walnuts contain maximum oil so, not recommended for heart patients 😢. Almonds and walnuts are not to be used as they contain oil. Not recommended for heart patients and high Cholesterol 😢. Before making videos please find out everything
