1- eat food rich in pro biotics (curd, 2- eat fibrous foods (fibrous fruits, whole grains, salad before lunch) 3- quality sleep + enough. 4- 20-30 mins of movement or exercise daily. 5- eating slowly and chewing properly.

Ap ne bataya k sweetners bi boht harmfull ha hamari health k liay likn doctors to patients ko sugar ki jaga stevia sweetner use karny ka bolty hain Kia stevia bi harmfull hain? body ko sweetness ki need hoti ha agar meri body k inside sweetness na jay to meri sugar low ho jati ha r tabiat kharab hojati ha sweetness k liay kia use karoo? Me brown sugar use karti hoo.
