Learn how to switch foot when you are dribbling in soccer and why you need to switch feet when you are dribbling. You will be a lot more successful with your dribbling if you learn the basics first. Switching the foot from inside to outside and outside to inside or switching from left to right when dribbling confuses the defenders and this is exactly what dribbling is. Confusing the defenders is your main goal when you approach the defenders to dribble in soccer. Football fundamentals means the basics of football and this is why simpler your dribbling is, more complicated it will be for a defender to defend.

You dont neccesarily have to do skill after you dribble. Just play simple or shoot if you have the opportunity.

It is mental certainly. You don't feel pressured at the practices but in the games you do and scared of making mistakes! Get stronger, get get fitter and work hard this will not only help you physically but you will feel more confident mentally as well!

bro Today I had a football match and while I was playing, a defender attacked my ankle and I got injured. What should I do now? but my foot is only swollen nothing else how can I recover this fast? should keep moving like walking etc. or rest ?

Best thing to do with ankle is to wait until your ankle heals completely. If you start too soon, you will damage it again.

Certainly stay active but don't do anything can sprain your ankle! Ice and elevate your ankle constantly to reduce the swelling.

Tbh my left foot is 69/100 as compared to my right foot (80/100), that's why I never want to switch my feet 😔 (I'm comparing my left foot with right, not giving FC rating 😂)
