Back in grade school several of us learned about the Indian wrist burn and we would give each other them to the point our wrists looked like raw meat and felt like they were on fire. Anyway one of my buddies wrist got infected and ended up in the hospital with sepsis. The next day after that happened all of the boys from 5th thru 8th grade had to show our wrists to the school nurse every day until they healed up along with us getting read the riot act about it you do this again you will get a roo roo or some stupid crap. That just meant we started playing the game shoulder punch game of uncle which I liked better because even in 6th grade I had some real heavy hands and could get guys to cry uncle in 3 maybe 4 punches to bicep/tricep area of the arm

Foley for sure has worn padding under his shirts in certain matches. Ecw one night stand 2006 you can see the padding exposed through the back of his shirt as the match goes on. Also I'm sure at wrestlemania 22 against edge you can see similar padding under his shirt

i love how bubba ray is by all accounts a bully and an asshole but not in the same way Brock Lesnar is. Brock is genuinely fearsome, Bubba is literally the cliche middle school bully that picks on kids smaller than him but is too self conscious to go swimming without a shirt. He is the embodiment of "i treat other people poorly to feel better about myself" but the insecurity literally oozes off him.
