Love your videos Nate! I would like to say something that will work too. The key is not waking up early, the key is going to bed early. If you think you need to wake up early that stresses you out and then in the morning you are tired, you want to keep sleeping and you won't get up. But if you go to bed early, if you focus on going to bed early, no mater what, you will wake up early, because you will be sleeping enough hours and will not wake up tired. Another thing you can also do, while you are vacuuming or doing things that can take a lot of your time is do something else productive while you are cleaning, etc. For example, learning a new language. Listening to tapes and repeat the words while you are vacuuming, or listen to a podcast. That's another way to use your time wisely. :)

At the end of the week I put all the time spent in 'buckets' (work, sleep, food, etc) and for the work bucket even the type of work I do and see if I should be doing those tasks or one of my employees. It's crazy to see that every single time I still find things I should do less of, or maybe not even do at all. great video man!

Interesting. Something isn’t really a chore if you enjoy it. I quite like grocery shopping and find cooking very therapeutic indeed. My son comes along for the walk and often helps cook. It increases father/son time on top of the other stuff we do. The big time savers for me are being really selective with tv (just one show an evening), getting up early even if I’m actually a night-owl rather than an early bird, never really accumulating clutter and, the biggest of the all, dumping the mobile. If you’re a parent, get kids involved in a few easy chores from an early age and keep a fairly consistent schedule so they get used to the routine and become more helpful as they get older. It’s not fair to dump all the household chores on one family member, so they must be shared out.
