That's Tim for real! I remember playing ball with him in the Virgin Islands. Heard about him causing a stir in Wake Forest, but only met and played with him at the rec center. @@BigDan21. he’s underated because he easily had a convo for being in atleast the top 5 but he never gets that type of appreciation. Him and Kobe have nearly the same resume but Kobe is unanimously placed in the top 5 by most of his fans and then whenever u mention Duncan as in the same convo as his top 10 peers who always get mentioned for top 5 consideration, he’s always the odd man out. It’s always, oh but Kobe was better to watch. Oh but he’s not better than bird, or Hakeem, or shaq. The vast majority of discussions jist mention his name, say ehh he’s somewhere 8-10, and then we skip over him to sing the other stars praises. For whatever reason he isn’t looked at as a dominant player. They treat him like he was just a very good player who had a lot of good luck while everyone else were dominant and better individual talents. Everyone respects his resume and his intangibles. It’s his game that is misrepresented all too much. With Kobe, jordan, bird, shaq, bron, it’s OH THEYRE THE GREATEST AT WHAT THEY DO, they the MOST DOMINANT this and that. With Timmy, it’s yeah he was great, and that’s it.

Had the pleasure to watch David Robinson and Tim Duncan play. They have me almost 20 years of being excited every season with the reality of winning a NBA championship. Thats rare for a team to be a threat to win a NBA championship for almost 20 years. Now we got Wemby. Whooo hoooo!! 😊
