I just received my copy. Im on 2nd chapter, Free Therapy and the 7 questions to ask yourself. Realized already you are never too old, or too late to improve you mind, health and pursue what you want. I am the only one stopping me ! Realized what I thought, did and did not do stopped me rather what life circumstances did. It surely impacts but it either is allowed to weaken or strengthen you. You don’t know that until You Know ! Never too late.

I listen to one of your videos now every day, told my sons about you, praying that they will live their best life. I started to make changes, something every day. It was hard at first, but I am so glad now and actually look forward to making more changes, I am even excited to do so. BTW. Part of my low energy is spending too much time alone. I’m divorced, no children, both parents deceased and an incredibly small circle of friends. I work shifts so sleep deprivation is the norm. I’m exhausted. Honestly, I can’t see a way out. I’ll find it but it’s a very painful journey to enlightenment.

What do you feel is impacting your energy the most at the moment?
@monikamarsollek34934 ай бұрын
Hi, Simon, wow, you really put together aspects of life in a holistic way. I need to read your book… reading is, what saves me most. I never thought about my levels🤔… here you are: Usually I wake up on a level 2. Tea and fruit level me up to 3, some wise sentences from a book or a video to 4 and a shower with cold finish followed by a daily walk around the nice ponds in the neighborhood, taking pictures from the nature, to 5. If the sun is shining I put out my garden chair, a little robin visits me, I have more tea and a sandwich, a good book, family chats : 6, decide what to harvest for my dinner, salad leaves, beans, mulberries, herbs at this time, go inside, prepare food, while it’s cooking doing some house work: 7, in the evening I like to watch TV, knitting or crocheting, mostly for babies around: 8. on rainy days I like to play guitar, sing or paint. I would like to wake up with a 8… but so far I’m happy I’ve the energy to 'crawl up the ladder 🪜' from 2 to 8 most of the days. The daily walk is very important. Dave from 'WalkingisfFtness' is my biggest motivator. It’s hard to deal with a depression with no really understanding people around, but I take it step by step. There are days I have to remind myself about the steps and I can only take one or two, but there’s always another and better day after. I had to accept help from a doctor and medication, which took me from level zero to two, a level where I can start to move and help myself. Thank you for your supporting work and for making me think and sort through my levels. Love from Germany, Monika❣

Thank you for sharing your brilliant thoughts with us, and I want to contribute some additional ideas regarding the underlying causes of being burned out. In my opinion, shouldering financial burdens in modern society, where living expenses are constantly increasing, seems to be the root cause of prolonged tiredness for many people. This is particularly true for young individuals and those from economically disadvantaged areas who struggle to make ends meet due to the challenges of securing high-paying jobs in a highly competitive job market. As a result, they might have to work overtime consistently to supplement their income and afford necessities, which can lead to a lack of sufficient rest, as you mentioned in the video. Additionally, some individuals are overwhelmed with workload, making it difficult to strike a healthy work-life balance. These people might not spend enough time hitting the gym or doing subtle physical activities, which, in turn, might result in tiredness. While some of you may disagree with my perspective and view it as an excuse for not being talented enough to secure a high-paying job or being too lazy to exercise regularly, it's important to recognize that many individuals are unable to live the life they desire due to these challenges.
