Thanks for bringing this up, you're absolutely right on the fact a lot of health and fitness videos do not bring up our cycle. I'm going to take your advice and track my food cravings and habits as it will be helpful in multiple areas including diet. Very happy I found your channel, Happy 2024 !🍾🍾

Nice information! I definitely want to understand my cycle more because I feel like the older I get it's seriously affecting me, I am getting super hungry sometimes and I feel like it controls my entire mood. Also I am American living in Turkey :) my husband is turkish, I agree there's is way more healthy food options and just more natural in general, like even the candy is natural lol which is impossible in America, but in Turkey we eat so much bread, that's the only thing I struggle with lol and the wine is cheap and delicious hahaha anyways thanks for the video :)

How many calories do you recommend to maintain your weight? I am skinny but seem to regularly lose and gain weight consistently, with and without exercise?

I think it’s different for every person but it’s something around 1900-2000 kcall to maintain weight without gaining. They say over 2000 is not recommended
