Same!!! I’m 157 cm and 46 kg but my stomach look big and soo much fat when I lean forward, sit down. My legs and arms and face are slim but my stomach stores all the fat literally. Would prefer bigger breast instead 😂

@@Emiliah1996 I am exact same as u, I used to be 55 kg and i had FLAT stomach, it happend to me when I got sick, my thyroid started to have nodules, so its thyroid for us women my dear, go do some lab test! now im 45 kg and my stomach is the biggest ever XD also when u lose weight, for us women our bellies store most fat cause of possible pregnancy, so its most visible

@@rebeka145 yea it’s not fair… but for some reason I feel like everyone else has more flat stomach than me 😆 even if they are curvy they seem to store most fat on breast and hips and butt and get more feminine. Maybe I have low estrogen or something? Thank you for your message and I’m glad I’m not alone even though I feel your struggle 🫶❤️

@@briansyuki It does. Also, I had never heard of the term lordosis before. Secondly, I'm undergoing therapy for a sleep disorder so this might have contributed to me having a large belly. As regards my lifestyle, I've been practicing most of what you mentioned in the video with very little or no changes at all. I'm generally physically active and I eat healthy food (with little or no sugar in my diet) but the term never flattens. So, I have decided to include weight training in my workouts and learn a sporting activity. With consistency, I'm sure I'll see some results.

I’ve been skinny most my life (120-135 lbs) during high school. After graduating I started heavy drinking and eating fast food until I got to 175 lbs. I’m 35 now and 2 months into running and lifting. I do at least 2 miles and weights 4 times a week. My arms are getting bigger but my belly is still there. It’s not exaggerated but on my slimmer build it pops out

This is the best,mine was being lazy never exercised till 43,people think im 26 lol and i get sam you are so skinny im like really?lifts up shirt..oh i take that back lol.Ive been doing moutain climers burpes and interval training full body workouts and weights.

I always had a small frame up until I was in my mid to late 40s. Where I'm living, I don't have a car, and transportation is scarce. There aren't any sidewalks. I could tell that my body was going out of wack. I had small arms and legs, and the weight I carried was in the middle. I'm trying to move to where I can gain control of my life. I have an assortment of exercise equipment. The ones that I had in my storage, someone confiscated them. I'm trying to go in some direction, but I need help. Now, it wipes me out to lift something. I pray that someone would talk to this guy I knew from back home into leaving me alone and allowing me to save myself.

I think I'll just recomp or go on a lean bulk. Losing weight at 5'11" 160 pounds is not a good idea, for aesthetics or my health.

Notes: Loose belly fat - common causes: Lordosis (over arching lower back) - [ ] Vacuum exercise - [ ] Plank Bloating - [ ] High sodium, dehydration, carbonated drinks, lack of fibre - [ ] Increase your potassium intake - [ ] Drink more than two litres of water in a day Poor posture - [ ] Loosen chest and shoulders muscles: Stretching these muscles Pull-ups, door frame exercise Excess visceral fat - [ ] Avoid transfats: reduce the intake if vegetable oil, avoid backed and fried food - [ ] Full body work out Menopause - Eat healthy fats and strengthening training Beer belly - Don’t drink beer Hormonal changes - Eat nutrient dense food - Strengthening training

I dont over eat, but i drink maybe 3-4 cans of monster energy drink daily. Is this why i have a fat belly but im generally slim? P.s im also 31

I am from indian and it's very common here which I thaught I will never face as I am skinnny but still with time it felt that I was wrong and ended up in this video. My question is : does too much eating rice and carbs will make my stomach look fat or does it is bcause of too much spicy food which resulted in abdominal trapped gas.
