I’m a Cancer and an empath 🤦🏾‍♀️ I feel as if anyone comes into my path and they’re broken in any shape or form it’s my duty to fix them. I’m tired and have shoved me so far back handling other peoples problems, issues and just stuff I’ve lost a lot of myself. When I should’ve just stayed out of their way for them to learn what they needed to learn🤦🏾‍♀️ Now is the time for me to say No “I wish I could help you out but I can’t” Even saying that above made me feel better.

I felt this so much. I was finally about to say it out loud in therapy. I always felt like I needed to build my partner up to the point where I hid from myself. Hid from my goals I was “too busy” helping someone else. But I used to need that distraction. I’m working on that now.
