Yea recipes for all kinds of food are available online in wrriten or video format. The only issue is u dont have their equipments and SKILLS and perfect timing control for the best taste. This is why restaurant foods usually still taste mile better than our replicas of the same dish in house. But homemade food is filled with love and it will taste 1000% better and is way healthier

I've made over a dozen of this Chef's recipes 😋, Not only is this Chef's dishes better tasting than any NYC restaurant, they are healthier, to date I've lost 33 lbs eating this Chef's dishes. Bless up from Brooklyn NY. Outstanding meal preparation and presentation by a phenomenal Chef, 190 lbs feels good on a 6 ft frame. Thank you Chef, making your pepper steak this Sunday 😋

Thank you for this great recipe! I experimented a little with ingredients and here is the result: - ginger is a NOGO, as it overpowers the taste drastically - look for a less thick dark soy sauce. I went for some extra thick and it was overwhelmingly sweet. - bok choy is just a super addition to the whole composition. Watery, crunchy and fully covered with sauce... yum! - add chilli peppers optionally, they add some great spicy kick

Baking soda and frying the meat in oil is the true trick to making stir fry beef. the baking soda tenderizes the meat, you can also add more beforehand as long as you wash the meat off with water. it will make the meat a velvet texture. frying the meat in oil also gives it the that true takeout flavor

She says the secret to Chinese food is corn starch then holds up a box of baking soda. Why are the videos from Asia/China always screw-up their labeling of ingredients? It's irritating because you don't know if they mean the ingredient they are holding up or the ingredient they verbally speak about.

I usually substitute with mushrooms. If you season the mushrooms with a little soy sauce or just salt and cook them until most of the liquid comes out of them, the broth from the shrooms is pretty strong. You could try with different types too. I've never tried oyster sauce, so I can't tell you if it tastes similar, but mushrooms generally have a really intense umami flavor.
