Yup. Can confirm stretching hamstrings gives me a sense of being limber for exactly 15 min. Lol. After that tight again.

Also, I can confirm that low-intensity daily stretching for more than 2 months definitely decreases the overall tightness of my muscles. And also aligns all the parts of my body. Combining it with low-impact exercises does a great job. Even my vision has improved significantly
