First I just want to say that you are a very clear and coherent mindful young man and I appreciate your explanation of this topic. Here’s my dilemma. Please give me advice. I have this unique idea, and I think, no one has done this yet. Im afraid that if I start selling this, there’s someone out there who will imitate this. Someone who has more money and influence that may steal the show from me. What is the best thing to do? I don’t have the means and knowledge to protect my ideas.

The only true protection you have for an idea today is to hold a patent. To get one, it needs to be novel and it takes time (that is definitely worth the investment). BUT for the patent to mean anything you gotta protect it legally. Which means that if you pursue legal recourse, you should have the money for a lawyer. So that creates a dilema. One which will require you to at the very least have a provisional patent AND start marketing and selling the product. By proving it, you can get the funding to protect it and grow your business. Pretty generalized, but its the route I've taken multiple times.
