Good content. I’m not gonna lie I’ve been kinda waiting till volume 4 came out cause I was thinking of it as season 1 like you said in the video…. We as fans and subs who been around for a long time need to kind of start sharing and speaking up honestly. But I’m about to order them all. It’s been awhile. Where do you find good assistants? I find that most people prefer to draw characters more than backgrounds so they're weak on background rendering, so it seems like it's difficult to find people who are good at it or even want to do it to begin with

Maybe it would help if you would see them more as real students, meaning that they might do some boring background work, but also know that you will teach them on how to improve their characters. I think that it has to be a mutually beneficial relationship, not just because of the money they might receive, but because of the exchange of very rare skills that only you have.

Having a detailed focused mindest/style is my bane; I dislike having empty spaces so I try to add more details/items etc and if not, I attempt to add hatching. Wanting a traditional/digital hybrid style is hard (got my brush to give traditional feel along with adding noise and hatching but doing cell shading etc). Is taking 3-5 hrs for lineart too long? I do it zoomed in since I can't control pressure well enough zoomed out and the thickness is more precise this way, and that's for a simple character (just wearing long robes etc, not something more sophisticated like Castlevania for example). Feels I'm not cut out for Webtoon given my current style....
