Hey Brandon, you’ve mentioned you run a studio now but what’s the process of actually making a studio? Like do you have a office you rent? Did you hire someone as head of marketing so you could focus strictly on writing? Does the studio focus on producing projects that are published by a label? Also thank you so much for all these insider secrets, tips and tricks 🙏🏽 I’m rooting for you!

@@parfaitcell3067 yeah but usually when people create a business they want to scale massively, so he might have a few people on a team. But whether it’s just him and a partner or a team I just want to hear him go more in detail about how they operate.

Durring my Junior highschool years the first manga that i read was Naruto vol 1. I got in to anime when I was only 12 and i remember watching episodes DBZ Kai and Pokémon all the time. College has changed my life and now I'm currently working at my job not everyday but usually it’s not to busy. I enjoy using Clip Studio Paint and Procreate it’s a great way for me to practice sketching and experimenting. My goal is to publish my work someday and hopefully make my anime projects. Thank you so much for telling your story. It gave me so much hope and motivation.🙏🏾 Have a great day

I wish I had your motivation. I've piddled to much over the years and now I'm getting close to 40 and still no finished books but thats what happens when you become content in your daily life. My passions got set to the side just so I could pay the bill. Wish I had the energy I had in my late teens with all the cool tech they have to produce media.

I'm currently finishing school in an economics major and I feel like a lunatic, because I'm going to take the leap and try to become a full-time artist no matter what. Funny how life works. Your video is very interesting, it gives me hope that I can make it out there.

I am a published author myself. My inspirations were anime/manga. And also a series called Bone by Jeff Smith. That got me into doing comics. I wrote a lot of stories when I was a preteen and a teen, and I originally got inspiration from Disney, then it moved to anime inspired art style.

What is your opinion or advice on those publishing their work on honeyfeed or jnovel for those wanting to break into ln or manga industry like you
@ReeceG231
@ReeceG231 11 ай бұрын
In my opinion j-novel has the advantage of being owned directly by KADOKAWA so your chances of legit breaking in are much higher with them especially with KADOKAWA showing more interest in international creators. Honeyfeed is way to much of a crapshoot. Their community is super insulated and their contest is biased as f*ck with literally zero results or publications for their winners. I would not sign any contract with them until they actually get some proven results with all the authors they've already signed OR at the very least gain a readership on their website.

@@jazen_gamic I don’t care about that just writing a book in general. I was doing so well in high school but in my twenties I went through a lot of mental health issues and barely made it through college and held a job. I’m great now. I just hope I didn’t miss my shot.
