You guys got to go see this movie, for real. My wife made me go see it and it blew my mind... Seen it 3 times now. The music and story telling are some of the best I've ever seen. Plus, everything in the movie was built practically - All of the sets you're seeing they made by hand. The same team that made Christopher Nolan's Interstellar and Dark Knight made this as well.. Need a movie reaction from you two ASAP bro!

So glad you watched the trailer and plan to finally see it soon. Definitely find a theater with a big screen and a good sound system (Atmos or IMAX), if you can (don't see it in 3D as your first showing) The sound and visuals make for an amazing experience all around (they built almost all of the sets, including that big train you saw). Can't wait to hear your movie review.

If you’ve seen “The wizard of oz “ or “ The wiz” growing up this gives the backstory and will change your perspective on each character. Some guys I’ve seen review the movie aren’t into musicals, so they didn’t enjoy it. But it has a great story line. I was pleasantly surprised that I liked it.

The publicity for this piece was as masterfully done as the film itself - if not better. There are 3 (THR EE!) trailers: each of them is worth seeing, each deepens the preparation to see the whole film. See it on the largest screen you can, with the best sound. Since you both are musicians, after you've seen the movie, I'd love to get your understanding of how this music worked throughout the film.
