Kendall, Cody was my nephew, I am the mother of his cousin Derek, part of the San Jose CA family. I hope this message finds you because it is sent with my sincerest gratitude. I want you and all of your subscribers to know that everything you presented is true and correct and as difficult as it was, I watched the entire post because you have a way about you as you speak, such care and authenticity, thank you for honoring Cory's memory. I will say that when I received the call late Monday morning after his "disappearance", my immediate comment to family was that she (Jordan) was behind it, it was completely and totally premeditated and I can assure you that Cody did not have a mean, violent bone in his body and 30 years was indeed very disappointing, I will not comment here as to what I wished for her fate. I thank you for so eloquently honoring his memory.

Originally they only allowed annulments IF the marriage wasn't consummated .... but we hear more and more that even if consummated, a marriage can be annulled, probably if it has been less than 6 months, though I am not sure on that time frame. It could even be a year for all I know about the time frame aspect of today's changes within law that have taken place. Heck one simply has to claim irreconcilable differences to obtain a divorce whereas originally one had to have a major and decent reason for a divorce. "Not getting along? You better figure out a way to do so you're stuck together now, unless you have a better reason to justify a divorce." .

I realize that, as I'm not a Dr, I have no qualifications to diagnose any sort of mental illness. Having been closely exposed to it within my family, however, I feel like I can speculate. All of Jordan's behavior after the fact, and probably due to situational circumstances in her life, seem to point to a severe personality disorder. Her ability to habitually lie and only see herself as a victim lends itself to some sort of narcissism or borderline personality maybe? Cluster b's are developed rather than inherited, and some of her life experiences seem like they could definitely have influenced her unhealthy demeanor. I am from Kalispell Montana. Cody was one of my brother's friend and the last time they saw each other was Saturday night before he was murdered. My brother has his own band and Cody went to listen to it. Next night, he went missing. It's sad to know what his wife did to him and to lie about everything. Even sending a fake text from her parents computer. They got married in the same park and place my husband and I were married. Now my brother and his fiancee are getting married in the same place. Cody was a sweet, loyal friend, son, oh, just an all around great guy. His death hit soo many people hard especially my brother. To find out his wife actually pushed him to his death, knowing he was scared of heights too. She tricked him and put a blind fold on him then pushed him. I really hoped she would have received life instead of 40 years. They moved the trial just over 2 hours away, so was not able to attend the trial. She is not serving time in Montana as the women's prison here is not a maximum security one. I may sound cold hearted, but I hope she never gets out ever. Montana is known to let ppl off the hook so to speak on alot of crimes. But she got what she deserved. Ty for doing this video. My brother to this day is still devastated by his death/ murder.

So many guys are arrogant jerks, and then you have this guy who was ready to move mountains for someone who didn't like him a ton. I worked on this case as a volunteer at KPD during this time. Because it happened in Glacier National Park, the FBI took the lead on the case and I worked with those agents and prepared the trial notebooks. I dont mean to be annoying, but I have a family friend whose brother was murdered around a decade ago. 11 people were charged with his murder after targeting him for being the only black person at a party. The main person that initiated the murder was accepted parole this last month, and the victim's mother (my family friend's mother) has been fighting hard to make her story known. One of her other sons was murdered in a separate incident and the parole hearing for his case is coming up, so she’s been having to focus on both at once. It would mean the WORLD if you helped spread awareness over this case. Ive sent this message to a couple other true crime youtubers, but have not heard back as of yet. If you feel up for it and want to get back to me (for the mother’s contact info, family testimony, etc) please let me know and I can give u more info. I'd appreciate boosts from anyone who reads this. His name was Marquis Leblanc.
