What a stunning location for some wild camping. Can't think of anywhere better to be (apart from the midges!). Loved the drone shots. Great video!

Hi Shaun, amazing footage & scenery as always, and timelapse :D what gimbal are you using while you're walking? I deffo need to get one.. I got a cheap one but I think it's actually worse footage than not using it haha, soo need a decent one. I used to hate not being able to sit up in my old tent, mine was a vango soul 200 but similar shape as that. Nice ninga moves on those twat midges btw!! Hahaha
@Shaun-Wilson4 жыл бұрын
Haha, those ninja moves faired me well surprisingly 😂 Belive it or not, I dont use a gimbal, just my phone on a selfie stick. My phones the Samsung Note 10+, so I think it has built in image stability in the software. Works a treat 🙂👍
@WildBeare4 жыл бұрын
@@Shaun-Wilson no way!! I actually can't believe that! Mine is shocking. Just ordered a DJI 3 :D
@Shaun-Wilson4 жыл бұрын
I know! 😂 I was actually considering a gimbal like the Osmo 3 when when I was gearing up to start my channel. Obviously don't need one now. I really need to invest in an external mic for my set up with a wind Muff. The sound in some of the clips from my last vid is shocking 🥴
@WildBeare4 жыл бұрын
@@Shaun-Wilson I didn't notice any bad sound. I tried a lav mic for my last, but it was recording random loud electronic noise to the footage. I only realised this as it was getting dark and had to re-do the intro bit again when i was getting kinda hangry & fed up with not being able to find a pitch haha. The rest i had to mute & whack music on it. So the lav mic was not a win for me so far
@Shaun-Wilson4 жыл бұрын
@@WildBeare yea its just wind noise really. I'll be content in with my vids if I can nail the sound quality. I'm just looking at a Type-C Boya shotgun mic at the mo, I was looking at a Lav mic also but I think I'll swerve now 😂

Nice vid mate. Gotta admit I watch you go on about them midges and over your shoulder you had you tent wide open. Oh did I cry at my phone for you to shut that door but mate I fully know you dont need me to say it as i doubt you’ll ever do it again. Giz a shout if you need any spots as ive a few permissions based in the north west. 👍🏼👍🏼
