My Dad was a farmer when I was a kid. He cured hams, corned beef and bacon in huge crocks. I loved everything except the headcheese and scrapple that he loved...😊❤

That pork might go well with a big pot of pork-n-nettle greens. I wouldn’t mind to cut up a slice of the fattiest piece of that beautiful bacon into a big pot of nettle greens, and if you had an onion and some salt and pepper...whew. There we were admiring the lovely nature on a bridge between Norfolk and Suffolk. Spotted two fellas loading into a canoe. I said to my wife that looks like @simon! Turns out that it was you 😎😎 i was going to say hello but having an intro as hello Simon i stalk you on you tube how are you may have been a bit weird 😂 hey but it looks like you had another cracking night out and awesome coverage to boot. We were camping nearby and whilst not wild we were pleasantly surrounded by natures finest. Other than wasp stings but thats another story 🤔😂
