I was watching a Texas cps one the other day and the father that was trying to get custody of his son back was picking his nose AND EATING IT!!!!! I shit you not! @@goosebump801 No, that would be an ethical violation that would cause one of them to have to recuse themselves due to conflict of interest. It would be improper for the prosecution or defense to try/defend a case in front of a judge they were related to because the judge is meant to be completely neutral. It would give the appearance of impropriety, and any judgement would be easy to overturn based on an actual or perceived bias.

We've had Zoom now for years and have had court now for centuries! The lack of respect and manners never ceases to amaze and annoy me! Peiple act like they have never heard of the rules!! I was wondering if you were going to mock today's defendant like you did the shirtless guy. That was hilarious! Yesterday I was watching it on my TV in the living room as always. Right as you poped on the TV shirtless and I busted out laughing. Just then my wife walked in and she asked, "What is Mike doing? The naked news? Is there something you need to tell me hun?" Her line of questioning sent me into a laughing fit. Unfortunately, I was eating Cheetos while watching, and while laughing one got stuck in my throat! My wife thought I was teasing her until my face started to turn blue. Thankfully she whacked me on the back and saved the day. She says I'm no longer allowed to watch your show and eat snacks.😄 Post a video of waves crashing on the beach. Maybe it will distract me from the sound of passing cars whooshing in the snowy slush.

Mike did a video on that one. I was hoping that Judge Simpson would include the "sit up" requirement in a court order, e.g., requiring the defendant to do 100 sit ups daily, but no such luck. Still, if the defendant is smart, he'll take the advice.

Omg!!! I’ve been off university for two weeks because of covid (I’m a mature student), and I’ve been participating online. One time I had to get changed during class, I knew I couldn’t turn the camera on (the lecturer had the cameras switched off), my webcam light was off, yet I still turned my laptop the other way, making sure there was no possible thing that could reflect naked me back into the camera, then hid outside the bedroom door. There is no length you shouldn’t go to to make sure you don’t end up naked on zoom. To just have a shower while your phone is pointed a little bit to the side is incomprehensible to me, phones slip and slide all over the place. Just imagine is slipping and pointing right at you while soaping up your… you know… 😂😂😂
