Looks like very big conditions. How hard was it blowing? I'd get a better feel for the run if the editing had longer segments rather than jumping to another clip every couple of seconds.

Thanks Gary, yes I agree. I was experimenting with shorter clips. It was around 30kn gust, but cross/offshore.

Totally agree about the short cuts. A lot of times you're sprinting onto a wave, about to catch it, and it cuts away missing the best part! Want to share details about the camera mount? How did you attach the deflector?

Same here... Also, I get a tiny picture due to some weird vertical format? E.g. the horizontal frame seems embedded in a vertical video format....
