I had a friend who blew by three cop cars on the side of yonge St. North of steeles in toronto North York. He was driving a slightly modified mazda miata. Two cars took chase. He was doing about 100kph in a 50. They chased him for a few km up yonge and he he turned right. Broke the line on sight. Then left. Side streets. Residential. Another right. Pulled into a four car driveway that was sloped down towards the garage in front of a car that was parked up at the sidewalk. Put the convertible top up and had a smoke. Calmly drove away 15 minutes later. Shortest chase ever.

Honda guy here, that first car is a Acura was a TL with SH-AWD, it may not have a lot of HP but it has great handling because of the SH-AWD. Its a heavy car but it can out maneuver that Trooper and it did

@@ComplexAtom its not the car its the driver. The 5.7 pursuit is capable to a degree, but when you have troopers that barely know how to drive normally let alone use basic racing lines through corners anyone who knows how to drive can leave these guys chasing their own tails

I understand. It's not really about engine size - this is labeled "slow" in comparison to what is normally loaded up on the channel. Corvettes, Hellcats, SRT 392 etc. I'm sure a GT-R, BMW M would make short work of these pursuits
