Love the bit on Body Rocket! although, I don't think they quite realise how big it's going to be for cycling! GCN Tech show, you should be all over this!!! Saw the system in action at a Rapha event in London a couple of weeks ago…Amazing! Dr Ollie/Simon you should Interview Eric for his plans for the device… do a special and use it for your kit tests, much more applicable to real people than a wind tunnel! 💙

I remember doing a race with 7 or 8 laps on the bike (can't remember exactly), so I put the same number of squares of electrical tape on the top tube as the number of laps I needed to do. I would tear each one off at the end of a lap and put in my pocket. By the new Ironman rules, that is now banned.

The new Ironman rules are ridiculous. If they want to ban bottles down jerseys, then ban aerodynamic airfoils from being added to the rider themselves and leave the bike alone. It is these types of aerodynamic advancements that always made triathlon stand out from UCI cycling and it’s one of the things that I love about triathlon.
