YouTube Poop - Andy and Company Rip Off Other Cartoons!

Well, I've gotten a few requests to do a KZbin Poop of this "Arthur" episode that resulted from a contest TV Guide held a year before it aired, so I thought I'd take a crack at it! Arthur and his friends have been watching themselves on TV and learn of a contest where they can submit their own episode idea! The trouble is, they aren't original and just copy other cartoon concepts, including animated shows that are way too "adult" for them!
OK, so PBS blocked this the first time around, so I'm trying again. If it gets blocked again, I'll submit a counter-claim, saying that it's just a KZbin Poop, which automatically qualifies it for fair use!

I saw this episode when it first aired, and it bothered me that children supposedly came up with these parody ideas. So some parents let their kids watch South Park, Beavis & Butt-head and Dr. Katz.

I had heard of both South Park and Beavis and Butthead as a kid, but my folks refused to let me watch it. Now that I've seen it as an adult, I realize I wasn't really missing much. Dr Katz I only just heard of from your comment. It didn't bother my one uncle. I remember he was playing a Beavis and Butthead computer game when I was 7. I couldn't read, and because I didn't watch the show I didn't understand why half the characters in it came off as crazy or retarded, and quickly lost interest.
