It's damn near impossible. So many of them could be done in reasonable times. Ppl either don't bother watching strat vids ahead of time, or just want to put the minimal effort in to do and complete them, thus f'king it up for everyone else involved

@Wilhe1mScreamMedia as long as the ability to abuse the privilege of something like that being made readily available, that's not a risk they're willing to take. They're more concerned about quantity rather than quality. I remember when you didn't have to worry about it and everyone actually worked together as a community and had fun doing it. Bungie made it toxic in their own negligence over time. Until they decide to work on bringing that old community back together, things are going to continue to devolve.

Bungie change the nightfall and the weapon because people were complaining they were getting guitar and kicked out of the nightfall. It was the shadow price and then they changed it to the Glaive

I wasn't getting kicked. Maybe it's me, the GM was a slog. Decided to try it as normal NF and Holy cow! Still a slog. It's considered a hard GM. I disagree as I've done Glassway as a GM way back when.

They replaced Liminality with that Birthplace of the Vile, and I assume the problem was that the first one was ridiculously impossible on Grandmaster level difficulty. I went in 4 times with two very good players and despite trying a number of builds we could make it no further than the rising lava room. By contrast, Birthplace of the Vile is one of the easiest Grandmasters in the game.

My hubby and I have been playing Desitny since it first started, years ago. We got thru all but 2 raids in the first game and NONE in the 2nd. Recently got the clan together to do the Crota raid cuz we had that one DOWN and they put the hot potato mechanic in 🙄 Like, we're all in our late 40's, early 50's. Why they gotta change it up?! Lol The Leviathan Raid mechanics just managed to suck all the fun out of the experience, which is why we never finished it. A few dungeons are like that too. Or maybe we just suck...? 1:45 Your family too? Our son got sick right after Halloween and we've been passing around head colds & flu between our household and my brothers' I've personally been sick for 6 weeks. Finally getting better, just a lingering cough that produces nothing. Just the urge to cough. Totally ruined the holidays. But we're all hopefully on the mend. Doctor said it's a strain of flu that's going around, making people miserable but not to the point of medical interference. Highly recommend a humidifier with medicated cough treatment added to the water tank. Easy to get at Walgreens or your local pharmacy. Could not believe the difference it makes! Anyway, happy New Year!

16:00 Spoils aren't hard to get for solo players, but making a video explaining how to do it for people not familiar would be a good idea. Just make sure to give a few different ways with good explanations on how to go about getting checkpoints so people don't feel like it's too much to do.

That one gets you 20 Spoils per character, easily the best source of Spoils for a solo player. That alone will get you an exotic from the kiosk every month. p.s. Make sure to mention that LW and GoS chests drop all gear even if you've never done an encounter in those raids, if they come up.

I've played since D1 and only got into raiding a few months ago. I suggest looking in Fireteam Finder for listings that say "Teaching" or "No Experience Necessary." I've had some very enjoyable games and learned a lot. Now I can pretty much take a group through Crota's End and much of Salvation's Edge. Once you get the Raid bug and all the nice craftable weapons, you will be hooked. WARNING: Some of the listings in Fireteam Finder are people trying to charge money to carry players through raids. If you come across that I suggest reporting them to Bungie and then blocking the accounts.
