Man I’m only day 6 of NC and so far I feel pretty solid about my decision, but I’m going to be honest , I’ve had points where I feel really bad and miss her , but then I think about everything that’s happened during , and even after our relationship , and I feel a lot stronger. I’ve also been watching these videos about narcissist and it actually really helps.

I do the same thing! Lol! When I have a bit of a rough time start feeling sorry for him because he is begging after 2 yrs to come back, but I have learned wayyyyy to much and Thank God I’m healthier and happier being alone with my dogs! Keep pushing forward, life is beautiful without these robots!! Many Blessings 🙏💪

I don't think Narcs necessarily know they are one! It is hard to hear that he did not love me, only used me! But I fell so hard for him until I released something that is not right here! Thank you Ben.

When both people can respectfully check in and communicate is also good till one chooses to not care after the respect was once there. But claiming there is respect and love and then rage and belittling and leaving is so confuzing

The more I've listened to your content the past 1yr or so, the more I've realized how scary skilful my ex was... borderline Ted Bundy kind of skilful. I actually knew from dealing with my mom, that it does no good to push someone into getting help. So I never even once asked my ex to go to therapy. I simply said at the end of the first break up that I hope he gets some help, if nothing else than to be more emotionally available to his girls. That's exactly how he designed his next hook to hoover me back... after about three weeks he "drunk texted" me saying he's been researching therapy and is planning to go on his own desire to be a good dad. He knew I wouldn't go back if he said he was going for us, so he used his girls. He also lied about actually being in therapy and legit started making up stories about his sessions and "things his therapist believes about me and my actions" 🙄 Thank god my mom inoculated me to this mental manipulation from a young age, or he would have had the skill to twist me knots and get me under his thumb. I worry about his girls, and his next supply because he really had to level up to keep me as long as he did. I probably helped him become an even scarier predator 😢

I never wanted mine to change anything about her except. Her reactions to me in the way of toxic and mental abuse. Thats it and to be able to actually talk about the issues without rage or ignoring and claiming to be a different person all the time telling me i need to change is the issue into all these things she said which were never really direct

@@RawMotivationsI’ve changed completely been in a 3 year relationship. It’s his new supply that keeps my entire family updated with what they do how happy they are. She won’t leave me alone :) I could care less but obviously imma have a little curiosity I don’t think you fully heal from something like this.

Maybe religion wont help but God IS NOT a religion, it's obvious by your statement you have never exprienced the love of God and never invited Him into your heart. In my opinion you both need transformation.
