At least one of you guys should sign up for a welding class. It will be worth it in the long run. There are tricks to welding cast. You can't just pour the heat to it or it's going to crack. Still loving the content. You guys never fail to crack me up😂

Back purge? Stainless requires purge gas on both sides of the weld. You should never have spatter when tig welding, good clue something’s not right.

When you are tig welding steel or anything it really be have all edges clean it will keep you’re tungsten shark tig welding shouldn’t make any sparks also should get a gas lense for the torch

Aluminum starves it’s self when welding you Almost wanna feed more rod than you would think and you don’t want it to be too flat that would mean you’re giving it too much heat. when it comes to stainless you wanna keep that tungsten as close to the puddle as you can without touching it and move fast. If you heat the stainless too much it will burn the stainless right out of the metal. I would recommend maybe getting a spray bottle for the stainless the cooler it is the better color you will get! Also, like someone already stated when welding with stainless you wanna purge it otherwise you’ll get “sugar” or even just get another bottle of argon and have Alex or Brady follow along with another hose on the back side it will act like a purge because you want gas coverage on both sides only when you’re filling in a gap where air can be trapped on the other side!

I believe the turbo chooch is compressor stall, also known as a blow off valve that is holding too much pressure on the compressor.

When you weld an aluminum pipe or tube put tape on either end then fill it with argon gas. It will equalize the air and the weld will turn out better on both sides.

You need to run a small purge of argon to weld that stainless get a hose tape the end of the tubing with masking tape even tape the place your welding around poke a hole to put the hose in and run a small purge and continue peeling the tape back around your welding area as you go
